Browsing the site or submitting your details means you agree to these terms. The policy is written in masculine form for convenience but applies to all genders. The commercial terms for paid subscriptions—automatic renewal, cancellation and refunds—are in the subscription policy, shown at purchase and on the plan selection page.

2. The Service

Postly is a digital tool that helps you publish content in Facebook groups you belong to. Postly is an independent product and is not affiliated with, funded by or approved by Meta Platforms, Inc. Use of the service is subject to Facebook's terms and the rules of the groups you post in. You are solely responsible for your content and how you use the service.

3. What Information We Collect

• Contact form: Full name, phone number and business field (optional) — provided by you voluntarily.
• Registered users: Email address and account details needed to use the service, plus billing data processed by a secure external payment provider. We do not store credit card details.
• Cookies: The site uses cookies needed for the service, including a login cookie for registered users, and measurement cookies as detailed below.
• Usage and analytics data: The site uses Google Analytics and Google Search Console to measure traffic and improve the service. Only statistical data is collected—pages viewed, traffic sources, search terms from Google, browser and device type, and general geographic area. The data does not include your name, phone number or email address, and is processed by Google according to itsprivacy policy. If you want to opt out of analytics, you can install the official Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

4. How We Use the Information

Details you provide in the form are used to contact you about the service—by phone, WhatsApp or email—according to your consent when submitting the form. We do not share your details with third parties for marketing, and will not add you to mailing lists without separate, explicit consent.

The service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee the service will be error-free or always available, and are not responsible for indirect damages from its use, including third-party platform decisions (such as Facebook restrictions) regarding your account.
