Question 1

Is it really free? Why?

Accepted Answer

Really free, no signup. This is how we show Postly - the extension that posts for you in all the groups you found. If the tool helped, you might want the next step too.

Question 2

Where does the group info come from?

Accepted Answer

From Google. We write dozens of search variations, run them all and cross-check, then check each remaining group on Facebook - exact name, member count, and group type.

Question 3

What do you do with the file you download?

Accepted Answer

The file downloads in Postly’s import format: column A with a link to each group, no headers. Install Postly on Chrome, then on the Groups screen choose 'New list', the 'File' tab, and 'Save' - and the list is added as is.

Question 4

Do you need to be a member of the groups to post?

Accepted Answer

In public groups you can usually post right away. In private groups you need to join and be approved first - and in some, your post waits for admin approval. In the results table, each group is marked as public or private, and the list is sorted with public groups first - in the file just like on the screen.

Question 5

How long does the search take?

Accepted Answer

A new search takes about a minute - we actually scan Facebook in real time, not just pull a ready list. If someone already searched for the same terms, results return in seconds.
