Subscription Policy, Renewal and Cancellation

This document covers the commercial terms for a Postly subscription: when you are charged, how renewals work, and how to cancel. It is written to avoid surprises - there is no fine print.

1. General

This policy applies to the purchase of a Postly Premium subscription ("the service") through the postly.solutions website or the extension. Making a purchase means you accept these terms. The policy supplements the Terms and Privacy Policy, and for payments, renewal and cancellation - this document is binding.

This policy uses the masculine form for convenience only and applies to all genders.

2. Trial period

Every new account gets 6 free posts, no credit card required and no commitment. There is no automatic charge at the end of the trial - switching to a paid subscription is only by user action.

3. Payment and billing frequency

The service fee is set in a personal offer given after the demo call, based on usage and business size. The exact amount, billing frequency and billing period are shown in full on the payment page before you confirm, and also appear on your invoice and purchase confirmation sent by email.

All plans include the same features in full; the only difference is billing frequency. Payment is made in advance, either every month (monthly plan) or once a year (annual plan), according to your choice.

4. Automatic renewal

The subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period - every month for the monthly plan, and every year for the annual plan - at the same price and with the same payment method, unless cancelled earlier.

You can cancel automatic renewal at any time. Cancelling before the renewal date stops the next charge, and the service will continue until the end of the paid period.

5. Full refund within 7 days

For all plans - free cancellation and full refund within 7 days No conditions, no cancellation fees, and no need to give a reason. This overrides anything stated in section 6.

The refund will be for the full amount actually paid. To request a cancellation during this period, contact us by email support@postly.solutions.

6. Cancellation after 7 days - exit points

6.1 Monthly Plan

The monthly plan has an exit point every month. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month - the service will continue until then, and no further charges will apply. No partial refund is given for a month that has already started.

6.2 Annual Plan

The annual plan also includes an exit point every three months. When you exit, the months used are calculated according to the monthly rate in your approved offer, and the difference between the amount paid and the value used is refunded to you.

The refund will never be less than zero. Since the monthly rate is higher than the annual rate, at later exit points the value used may equal or exceed the full annual payment - in this case, no refund is given, and you will never owe Postly any difference. A detailed calculation for each exit point is available on request.

A cancellation request submitted between exit points will be processed at the next exit point, and the refund will be calculated accordingly. Until then, the service will remain active.

After 12 months, cancellation works like the monthly plan: the subscription will not renew, and no refund is given for the elapsed period.

7. Refund Process

Refunds are issued to the payment method used for purchase, via the payment processor. We process the refund within 7 business days of approval; the appearance on your credit card statement depends on your card company and may take a few more days.

8. Currency, Taxes, and Payment Processing

Purchases made through the English checkout are charged in US dollars ($). The amount shown at checkout is the final amount charged - no VAT is added. Postly is operated by a US-registered company.

Payments are processed via Stripe. Credit card details are provided directly to Stripe and are not stored on Postly servers. The charge may appear on your statement under the operator’s name, not “Postly”.

9. Discount Codes

A valid discount code entered at checkout will be applied according to its terms. Unless otherwise stated, the discount applies to the first billing cycle only - the first month or year - and renewals will be at the full price. You cannot combine multiple codes in one purchase, and codes cannot be applied retroactively to completed purchases.

The refund amount under section 5 or 6 is always calculated based on the amount actually paid after the discount, not the full price.

10. Price Updates

We may update the service price from time to time. Such updates do not apply to existing subscriptions - an active subscription will renew at the original price as long as it is continuous. Updated prices apply only to new purchases or to subscriptions that are canceled and restarted.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate a subscription in cases of misuse, attempts to bypass technical limits, or use that violates Facebook’s terms and risks our infrastructure or other users. If we terminate a subscription for reasons not related to a violation, a partial refund will be given for unused time.

12. Liability, Risk of Being Blocked, and Facebook’s Terms

The service is provided as-is. Postly is an independent product and is not affiliated with, funded by, or approved by Meta Platforms, Inc.

Using the service may violate Facebook’s Terms of Service. Facebook restricts the use of automated posting tools, and limits accounts based on posting volume, frequency, and repeated content. Using the service may therefore result in your Facebook account or a Page you own being limited, suspended, temporarily or permanently blocked, or disabled, and may result in published posts being removed, posting being blocked in a particular group, or removal from groups. This risk exists with any use of the service, including moderate use that follows our recommendations, and we cannot prevent it.

You accept this risk in full. The decision to use the service, the volume and frequency of posting, the number of groups, and the content you publish are your responsibility alone. We recommend starting small, pacing slowly, and varying your content - but that recommendation is not a guarantee that your account will not be blocked.

We are not responsible for any blocking, limitation, suspension, or closure of a Facebook account, Page, or post, and we are not responsible for any resulting damage - including lost revenue, lost customers or enquiries, loss of published content, or reputational harm.

These events, and any other decision by a third-party platform regarding your account, are not a defect or non-conformity of the service, and do not entitle you to cancellation, a refund, or compensation - except for the right to cancel and receive a full refund within 7 days under Section 5, which applies in every case and requires no reason.

You are solely responsible for the content you publish, for its compliance with the law and with the rules of the groups it is published in, and for how you use the service.

13. SMS / Text Message Program Terms

Program description. If you book a live product demo with Postly and provide your mobile number, you are enrolled in a transactional SMS program covering that booking only: a booking confirmation, a reminder before your scheduled demo, and a notice if the demo is rescheduled or cancelled. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

How you opt in. Consent is given on the demo booking form at cal-us.postly.solutions, where you enter your mobile number and tick the SMS consent checkbox. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies by booking, typically 1-3 messages per demo.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Postly does not charge you for these messages; your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.

How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent.

How to get help. Reply HELP or INFO to any message, or email support@postly.solutions.

Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier’s network and effective transmission.

Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never sold, rented or shared with any third party; sharing with subcontractors that deliver the messages is limited to delivering the messages you agreed to receive. See our Privacy Policy.
