Postly in brief

Postly is a tool that publishes one post to many Facebook groups at once, either immediately or on a schedule. You write the post once, pick a list of groups, and Postly publishes it to each group, with pauses between them.

Who is it for

Small businesses, professionals, real estate agents and sellers who market in Facebook groups and post the same ad in dozens of groups.

How it works

1. Sign up on the site and write your post in the Postly app.
2. Install Postly in Google Chrome on your computer, once. Posts go out from that Chrome, from the Facebook account already signed in there.
3. Import the groups you belong to, save them in lists, and publish right away or on a schedule.

What it includes

• One-time, daily, weekly or monthly scheduling, and a queue of scheduled posts.
• Images and videos, plus an automatic first comment for each post.
• Text variations (spintax) and AI writer, so your post is not identical in every group.
• Import your groups from Facebook and save group lists.
• Post as your personal profile or as a business page you manage.
• Preview of the post as it will appear on Facebook.
• History with the result in each group, and the reason if a post did not go up.

What it does not do

• Does not join groups for you. You can only post in groups you are already a member of.
• Does not bypass Facebook or group admin rules. A group can reject a post or send it for admin approval.
• Does not ask for your Facebook password.
• Does not send private messages or publish paid ads.

What you need

• A computer with Google Chrome, and a Facebook account.
• A scheduled post is sent from your computer, so at the time of posting the computer must be on and Chrome open.

Price

The first 6 posts are free, no credit card needed. After that, it is a paid subscription.

Group Finder lets you find Facebook groups by topic and area, free of charge.
